Sun Vista is an active 55+ community. All residents must meet the age requirement. Double occupancy is allowed; both occupants must be 55+.

What credit score is required?

A 700 or higher credit score is required. The resort also conducts a background check as part of the approval process.

Is lot rent paid monthly or annually?

One year of lot rent is paid at the time of purchase. After that, lot rent is ongoing. Call Tom & Janette for current lot rent details. It's significantly lower than comparable Phoenix-area resorts.

Can I buy for part-time use only?
